Attending the festivals of non-Muslims out of respect for their culture

Accepting repentance is one of the Attributes of Allaah
Assalamu Alaykum, Is repentance an attribute of Allah? In other words can we describe Allah with repentance for something that he already knows the consequence? Being compelled to abandoning prayer or to commit disbelief or suicide
My question involves doing a sin under pressure. Suppose a muslim is pressured or bulliied by kafir criminals to do shirk or commit suicide. Is he forgiven, if he does shirk under duress?
