Significance of having a mole

I want to know the reality and importance of MOLE (Til)in Islam. A detailed answer required describing consequences of having mole on belly,forehead,nose,leg,hands and wherever we can have mole. i have heard that having mole on cheek means you are beautiful and stuff like that.
