His mother gifted him her portion of an apartment inherited from his father

Their mother distributed most of her property among them as a gift
Inheritence in Shariah possible only after the death of the owner of the property. But in our family some of the heirs were gifted shares by their mother amounting to 2/3 of the property.
Those who stick to the correct shareeah concept refused to accept their shares as done above, hence they stand to loose on their due portion if all members claim.. More

Her maternal uncle denies that her grandfather’s house belongs to her mother

My maternal grandfather is no more, when he was alive he gave the house to my mother on condition to payoff the debt he had, my father did so, my father is having the letter signed by my maternal aunts and uncles stating they donot have any right in the house and it belongs to my mother.
