Performing obligatory prayer while sitting without a valid reason

His uncle wants him to donate money to a Brelwi mosque

Making up the pre-Sunnah of Thuhr
Assalamualikum-warahmatullah-wabarakatuh. If a person misses his 4 rakahs of sunnah before the zuhr prayer, then he is to pray them after he finishes the zuhr. Dear Sir, Imam of our local mosque said in this year khutba that people must not congradulate each other in the mosque as it is haram. We all must go out of the mosque and congradulate and meet each other. Second he said that asking for dua after eid khutba is also haram. Dua must be asked before khutba. Allowing a beggar to beg in the mosque
