Question
Does the white pre-seminal sticky fluid invalidate ablution?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.
In general what comes out before ejaculation is what is called Mathy, which is a white sticky fluid which comes out when frolicking with one’s wife or when thinking about sexual intercourse. This necessitates washing the entire penis and the part of the clothes that are touched by it, and then perform ablution. The evidence for this is that Al-Miqdaad 
was ordered by 'Ali to ask the Prophet 
about this matter [as he was ashamed to ask him himself]. So, the Prophet told him: "Wash your penis and perform ablution."
