Question
What is the ruling on marrying early taking into account that I am able and prepared for it?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.
It is desirable to marry early for a person who is able to marry, able financially and physically apt for sexual intercourse. The Prophet 
said: "O, young people! Whoever can marry should marry, as it helps to lower one’s gaze, and protects one’s private parts, and whoever is not able to marry should fast, as this helps him to protect his private parts (from committing illegal sexual intercourse)." [Al-Bukhari and Muslim] Furthermore, the Prophet said: "Marry the friendly and prolific women, as I will outnumber the nations by you [by your abundant number]." [Ahmad and Abu Daawood]
