Question
I would like to ask that if one's father's and mother's cousins are Mahram?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.
Your father's and mother's cousins are not Mahaarim (unmarriageable relatives) to you except if there are any other reasons which suggest that, like if you are a wife of one of your father's or mother's cousins, or if you are a suckling daughter of one of them, for instance.
