Which is the first Book Sent by Allah to the people of the earth irrespective of the language whether it is spoken today or not?
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
We have no knowledge regarding the first Book that Allah Sent to humanity. But the Muslim should believe in the Divine origin of any Book that was revealed to the Messengers as Allah Says (what means):
• {The Messenger has believed in what was revealed to him from his Lord, and [so have] the believers. All of them have believed in Allah and His angels and His books and His messengers…} [Quran 2: 285]
• {…but say: “I believe in whatsoever Allah has sent down of the Book [all the holy Books, this Qur’an and the Books of the old from the Taurat (Torah), or the Injeel (Gospel) or the Pages of Ibrahim (Abraham)]...} [Quran 42:15]
As for believing in every detail, it is not obligatory as Allah and His Messenger mentioned. But there is a consensus among the scholars that Muslims should believe in the Divine origin of the following four Books:
The Torah, the Injeel (Gospel), Az-Zaboor [the Psalms], and the Quran.
They should also believe in the Divine origin of the scriptures sent to Prophet Ibraheem (Abraham) and those sent to Prophet Moosa (Moses) . Allah Says (what means):
• {He has sent down upon you, [O Muhammad], the Book in truth, confirming what was before it. And He revealed the Torah and the Gospel.} [Quran 3:3]
• {Indeed, this is in the former scriptures, The scriptures of Abraham and Moses.} [Quran 87:18-19]
Finally, we advise you, dear brother, and all the other brothers seeking Fatawa to ask about things that could be of benefit for them in this worldly life and the Hereafter.
Allah knows best.
