Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
The name “Amiral” is not an Arabic name; it has no origin in the Arabic language. It is a French or English name, meaning “Admiral of the Sea.” Some researchers have mentioned that it is a distortion of an Arabic word. In the book "Dictionary of Foreign Words in Modern Arabic and Its Dialects" (page 36), it is defined as follows:
Amiral with Fat'hah (an Arabic vowel marking), the leader of the naval forces. It is worth mentioning that it is an Arabic word distorted if its origin is “Amir al-Bahr” or “Amir al-Maa’” (meaning Prince of the Sea or Prince of Water). The word “Bahr” or “Maa’” (sea or water) was omitted, and the definite article “al” was added to "Amir," resulting in the form "Amiral." In English, it is spelled "Admiral."
As for whether it is permissible to name a girl with this name, the general principle regarding names is permissibility, and there is no prohibition on naming someone with a specific name unless there is a Sharee'ah objection. One of the objections is resemblance to non-Muslims. If this name is commonly used among Muslims in your community, there is no harm in naming her with it.
However, if it is only used by non-Muslims, it should be avoided, and there is no need for it.
