assalamu alaykum sheikh i have a problem and its very urgent, please guide me .i have read in hadith that the prophet saw permitted vessels in which haram things like alchohol were drinked to be used only after washing . i live with my family and my mother is the cook and the dish washing liquid we use haram ingriedients like pig fat , alchohol , etc haram ingriedients mixed , i told my parrents but they refused saying that this is a cleanser of dishes there is nothing wrong . so i decided to cook for my self by using water only to wash these dishes , but the problem is that we both use thses dishes and she washes it with the dish washing liquid many times ? can i use thses vessels if i clean them with water ? if not then what should i do ? how should i cook formyself and what do i eat ? its totally depends on life so please reply soon jazak allah khairian
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
There is no harm on you for using those utensils that your mother had washed with that liquid even if we presume that there are impure ingredients in it, because impure soap disappears after pouring water on it as it is known.
Also, those impure ingredients that are added to that liquid if they are transformed to other things when they are produced, then they become pure.
To conclude, there is no harm on you to use those utensils and you should avoid whispers in this field because whispers are a widespread evil, and in principle, all things are pure and not impure.
