If during bath (ghusl), one or two drops of urine releases (due to sickness or any problem), is the ghusl becomes invalid and should that be done again from start?
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
The discharge of urine during Ghusl (ritual bath) does not invalidate Ghusl and this does not require a new Ghusl according to all the scholars whether there was much or very little urine, and whether the discharge is due to a disease or due to something else; as it only invalidates ablution.
Therefore, if someone has urine discharges during Ghusl, then his Ghusl is valid but he has to perform ablution for the prayer; for more benefit, please refer to Fataawa 88600 and 89079.
However, if by what you mentioned about the disease or sickness you mean that the person whom you mentioned has incontinence of urine and that he continuously has urine discharges to an extent that he does not find enough time for the ablution and the prayer (in complete purity), then in this case, it is sufficient for him to perform ablution when the time of the prayer begins and pray with this ablution the obligatory prayer and as many supererogatory prayers as he wishes, unless his ablution is invalidated by another thing than urine and as long as the time of the prayer for which he performed ablution does not expire.
Allaah Knows best.
