Question
is it haram to draw empty wine bottles in painting with or without labels?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
If these bottles are especially used for intoxicants [all kinds of wine and alcohol] meaning that it is not used for anything else other than this, then it is not permissible to draw them as this includes confirming the evil and propagating it and reminding people of it. Allaah Says (what means): {Help you one another in virtue, righteousness and piety but do not help one another in sin and transgression.}[Quran 5:2]
It is confirmed that Abu Hurayrah 
narrated that the Prophet said: "Whoever calls to a misguidance gets the same sins like the sins of those who followed him without diminishing anything from their sins.” [Muslim]
However, if these bottles are used for intoxicants and for other things, then it is permissible to draw them.
