salam . my husband and we had fight and then he said leve me home . i told until im ur wife i cant leave ur house . if u wana leave me ok come andwrite paper to me and leave me , he went and sign a blank paper nad said ok nowu type what everu like .... do we still stand as husband and wife or where do we stand .... do guide me
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
If a husband says to his wife “leave my home.”, then this is one of the metaphors of divorce and divorce does not take place unless he intended it. Therefore, if your husband had not wanted to initiate divorce with these words, then divorce does not take place.
Also, just him signing this paper does not lead to divorce, so you are still considered as husband and wife.
Finally, we advise you to be keen on achieving the stability of the marital life and avoid causes of problems, in addition to being wise when solving problems if they occur. Divorce does not solve the problem in general; rather, it worsens it especially if the spouses have children.
