No contradiction between not asking people and accepting gifts

Whether everything uttered by Prophet, ﷺ, is considered revelation
Assalaamu alaykum. I am confused about a matter. I read the verses in which Allaah says (what means): {Nor does he speak of (his own) desire. No authentic hadeeth about merit of having dinner
Assalaamu alaykum. "A person will become old soon if he does not have dinner." Is this hadith authentic? For example, in my case, I do not take dinner at all because I suffer from irritable bowel syndrome. I need 12-14 hours to digest my food, so I do not have dinner at all. Please let me know whether this hadith is authentic?

Hadeeth about merit of learning how to shoot

Story about Uways Al-Qarni breaking his teeth false
Assalaamu alaykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuhu.
