Sunnah acts of prayer not followed by Hanafis

Rape and fornication are totally different categories in Islamic law

To what extent principles of schools of jurisprudence conform with the Sunnah
Assalaamu alaykum. There is a scholar in the UK, and he said that most hadiths that we agree to are from the Shafi'i Usool (foundations) and that if we were to use the Hanafi Usool, we would reject a lot more hadiths, especially ones that do not make sense and others. What do we say to this?

Hadd of zina with regards to non-Muslims
Concerning stoning, it is said that Imam Abu Hanifah and Imam Malik said that it is a condintion for the muhsan(married person)to be Muslim. Whether verdict of judge changes religious ruling on something

Repetition of zina not condition to implement the hadd

About the verse about whipping the one who fornicates, I heard a person quote Ibn ʻAshoor,saying that the noun shows that this is only for people who did it over and over again, not just once.
