In principle, you are not permitted to take a Riba-based loan

Selling gold for gold and silver for silver
I would like to know the meaning of the Hadeeth in which the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam (may Allaah exalt his mention), forbade:
1- Selling silver for silver except like for like, without any difference in quantities,
2- Selling gold or silver that is not present at the moment of exchange, for gold or silver that is present.

A person took a credit and promised to give it back with profit, but he cheated me
i lended all of my savings to my muslim friend for his business and he promised to return it with profits. He run away and disappeared with all the money and i realized he cheated me. Your taking a car loan has nothing to do with your income
Assalamualeyikum, I have taken an auto loan for my car & i pay EMI per month which has two portions - Principle - Interest I didn't had capacity to purchase a new car so i took loan, Is it allowed? Taking an interest-based loan from compulsory savings
