Worshippers praying in a different direction than that of the Imaam

Whoever doubts his prayer should make it up
I underwent surgery for a polydactyl, to remove my extra finger. The time of the operation was at about 1am in the morning and the time of the Fajr prayer was at about 5am. Maghrib time for a traveler lasts until immediately before the Fajr prayer
If I was travelling and intended to delay the Maghrib prayer to perform it with the ‘Ishaa' prayer (i.e. deferred combination of prayer), but was able to arrive at my country in time for the ‘Ishaa' prayer, should I perform the Maghrib prayer as I intended as a deferred combination of prayer or as Qadhaa' (i.e. making up a missed prayer)?.. Is it a condition to perform the combined prayers consecutively?
May Allaah The Almighty preserve you. My question is about combining the prayer of Al-Maghrib and Al-‘Ishaa’ or Ath-Thuhr and Al-‘Asr. Is it permissible for the Imaam to be in higher place than the followers?
When we are in a mosque that has two floors, is it permissible to place the pulpit and Mihraab (i.e. prayer niche) on the second floor, which is the greater one, knowing that people pray on the ground floor on Fridays because the second one does not suffice them? The voice of the Imaam was not heard during the Friday prayer
During the Friday prayer, electricity was cut off. Those who prayed outside the Masjid could not hear or see the Imaam. Onset of menstruation during prayer time does not necessitate making it up
I experienced menstrual pain before noon, but I did not start bleeding and the Thuhr prayer became due. I delayed the Thuhr Prayer until 1pm and, when I went to perform the prayer, I found that the bleeding had started. Is it a sin that I had delayed the Thuhr prayer that way?
