Istikhaarah to choose between two matters, then abandoning them and choosing a third one
My question is about the Istikhaarah (guidance seeking) prayer. I had to choose between two things and, after praying Istikhaarah, Allaah made one of these two things easy for me. However, I did not choose this thing that Allaah facilitated for me, but I chose a third option that was not among the first two for which I made Istikhaarah. Is this permissible?.. More

Wrong actions by which prayer is not invalidated
I used to make these mistakes in my prayers in the past:
1- Failing to make the intention in a correct manner; I used to pronounce it loudly, like the Azaan.

One led in prayer does not stop reciting until the Imaam bows
Sometimes the Imaam recites in a lengthy manner during inaudible prayers and I finish the recitation of Al-Faatihah and another Surah, so what should I do then? Is it permissible to recite Surahs of the Quran, after reciting Al-Faatihah in the last two Rak‘ahs (units of prayer) of the prayer, in case the Imaam prolongs the recitation?
