Why the Imam of Al-Masjid Al-Haram stands opposite to the door of Al-Ka‘bah
I noticed that the Imam who leads the Muslims in prayer in Makkah prays toward one direction only, which is that opposite to the door of the honorable Ka‘bah. Why does he not pray towards the other three directions of the Ka‘bah, since, as I know, it is valid to pray towards all four directions?

Reward of prayer varies according to the hardship involved
I work the night shift from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am and I pray Fajr at the mosque as I stay up all night because of my work. Ruling on joining prayers because non-Muslims do not like to see someone praying
I am studying in a Jewish college and it is not possible for me to pray during class times. Furthermore, the Jews do not like to see us pray in public places. Two people shaking hands in front of someone who is praying is equal to them passing in front of him
My question is about two people in the mosque. They shake hands while there is a third person who is praying between them. As such, their hands are in the way of his Qiblah (prayer direction, the Ka'bah in Makkah). Is this considered passing in front of the one who is praying?
