All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
First of all, we ask Allaah to relieve you from your distress, make for you a way out from your difficulty and cure you from what you experience as Allaah is the All-Hearer and He answers supplications.
Therefore, firstly, we advise you to earnestly supplicate Allaah; Allaah Says (what means): {Is not He (better than your gods) Who responds to the distressed one, when he calls Him, and Who removes the evil, and makes you inheritors of the earth, generations after generations. Is there any Ilaah (god) with Allaah?'}[Quran 27:62]
Secondly, you should supplicate with the supplication of a person in distress. The Prophet said: "Allaahumma rahmataka arjo fala takilni ila nafsi tarfata 'ayn, wa aslih li sha'ni kullahu, la ilaaha illa ant."
"O Allaah, it is Your Mercy that I hope for, so do not leave me in charge of my affairs even for a blink of an eye and rectify for me all of my affairs. None has the right to be worshipped except You." [Ahmad and Abu Daawood]
However, we advise you to be patient because patience is of great status and it has many virtues as we clarified in Fataawa 83577 and 85445.
As regards the symptoms that you feel, they may be due to normal physical or psychological diseases, and it is the specialist doctors who know this. Also, it is likely that this is due to an evil eye, magic or being possessed by jinn as we clarified in Fataawa 84806 and 82978.
Therefore, if you predominantly think that it is a result of evil eye and the like, then you should perform Ruqyah and it is permissible for some righteous people to perform Ruqyah on you. For more benefit on Ruqyah, please refer to Fataawa 85500 and 88705.
Also, among the matters that will help in your treatment is to repent and seek the Forgiveness of Allaah as much as possible, perform good deeds and observe the morning and evening mention of Allaah.
Allaah Knows best.
