Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
Marriage is one of the human needs. Allah, the Exalted, has legalized for us supplicating Him by His Exalted Names and Attributes that He may satisfy our needs, provided we follow material means. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Be keen on what is beneficial to you, ask Allah's help, and never be get fed up."
Salatul-Haajah (prayer for need) is recommended by Sunnah (Prophet's tradition), and it is performed as previously stated in Fatwa number 82384. One of the ways of performing Salatul-Hajah is stated in the following Hadith: "…then let him (the one who is praying for his need) ask Allah his need, whether mundane or pertaining to the Hereafter, for Allah will grant him what He (Allah) wills.” [Narrated by Ibn Majah]
Among such needs are guidance for one's parents and asking for a righteous wife. So, you have to supplicate for your need whenever you can, for it is by observing Dua (supplication) that needs are met. There is no specific Dua for the two matters you mentioned.
Allah knows best.
