All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
A Muslim is obliged to perform the prayers at their fixed times whether during the month of Ramadan or any other month. Allah Says (what means): {… re-establish [regular] prayer. Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a decree of specified times.} [Quran 4:103]
Allah warns those who neglect prayers or delay them from their fixed times of severe punishment. Allah Says in this regard (what means):
• {So woe to those who pray. [But] who are heedless of their prayer -} [Quran 107:4-5]
• {But there came after them successors who neglected prayer and pursued desires; so they are going to meet evil.} [ Quran 19:59]
Therefore, a Muslim should not delay his prayers. If you cannot perform the prayers in congregation or if that could affect your work badly, then, in this case, you are allowed to perform the prayers at your workplace, which is very possible. A Muslim should be proud of his religion and should show its rites in public.

Allah knows best.
