All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
Such phrases and slogans do not prevent from benefiting from such clothes and purchasing them.
There is nothing wrong with using the clothes that have those trademarks and which are imported from the non-Muslims, unless they contains Islamic prohibitions, such as writing about the religion of non-Muslims, their beliefs and the like.
The Fatwa of the Standing Committee for Issuing Fataawa in Saudi Arabia stated:
"The clothes that bear the slogans of non-Muslims are as follows:
1 - If these slogans symbolize the religions of non-Muslims, such as the cross, etc.; then, in this case, it is not permissible to import these clothes, or sell them, or wear them.
2 - If these slogans symbolize glorifying a non-Muslim person, such as putting his image, or writing his name, and so on: then it is also forbidden, as previously stated.
3 - If these slogans do not symbolize an act of worship, or glorify a person, but are only permissible trademarks, which are called "brands": then there is nothing wrong with them." [End of quote]
