Using smartphone bought from black market

Question:
Assalaamu alaykum. I want to ask about buying something from black market given that there is a difference of opinion among the scholars; some said that it is haram, and some said that it is halal. I have two smartphones, one is a gift from my father which he claimed from a black market; the second one is one which I bought from a cellphone store that seems to be selling phones from the black market. In my country, Indonesia, most cellphone stores sell some things from the black market because the product is not yet available in this country, and some just want to avoid taxes. I have the following questions: is it permissible for me to continue using my two smartphones for my business? Has my income become haram? Do I have to throw my smartphone away? I appreciate your concern for this. May Allaah reward you with much good.
Answer:
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
There is no harm on you in using those two smartphones in your business or in anything else, and you are not sinful for doing that, and it does not affect your income.
What you have is nothing but obsessive doubts, so you should ignore them and not get carried away with them.
Allah knows best.
