Waswaas about dead skin

Question:
Assalaamu alaykum. I have asked this question before, but I did not get an answer to it. I am sorry if I overburden you or anything; may Allaah reward you for your work in answering and spreading beneficial knowledge and answers. I have waswaas (devilish whisperings) and if you give me an answer so that I know what to do, I can just give up on that and ignore the waswaas. Right now, however, I do not know what to do. I have not prayed for four days (I am afraid that it has taken me out of the fold of Islam), and I do not feel so well when I do not pray. I have a little dead skin beside my toes, like circles, and dead skin at the back of ankle. The dead skin on the toes is like small circles. What should I do about that (what if there is hardship in removing it)? And please refer to two questions that I sent earlier because I asked them in a better way, but just read both please. What should I do about the four days that I did not pray? Assalaamu alaykum Brothers, sorry if I overburden you, but if you give me an answer, it will stop the waswaas Allaah willing and then I will not ask anymore. I hope you can give me a long answer now please. I do not want to wait for four days to send a question because I have not prayed and am not pure. I am junub (in a state of major ritual impurity). Please answer and read this question as well as the previous ones.
Answer:
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
There is no remedy for such waswaas (obsessive whispering) except to completely ignore it. So wash your feet normally during the ablution and ignore the dead skin on the toes. Its ruling is the same ruling on the rest of the skin as long as it is still attached to the body.
For more benefit, please refer to fatwa 95488.
Also, you should make up for the prayers that you have missed. Beware of neglecting the prayer in the future; verily, neglecting the prayer is a grave sin. You should ward off all waswaas no matter how frequently it crosses your mind and in whichever field of religion it occurs to you.
Allaah knows best.
