All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His Slave and Messenger.
If you have doubts that something came out, then you should ignore these doubts and act upon the continuity of presumption (the original state), namely that nothing has come out. You are advised not to examine your private parts or underwear to check if something has come out, and you should not determine that something has come out unless you are absolutely certain to the extent that you could swear to it.
You are also advised to repel such obsessive whispers and not to get carried away with them because this would incur grave evils. You may sprinkle water over your underwear after Istinjaa' so as to ward off those devilish whispers, because whenever you feel any wetness you would know that it is because of the water that you sprinkled.
As for the Wady, it is often discharged from the urethra after urination. It is ritually impure and requires performing Istinjaa’ and ablution.
