What we know is that the work in hotel services includes some prohibitions that are often linked to it, especially if this is in a non-Muslim country or that most of the visitors of the hotel are non-Muslims.
Indeed, we have already issued Fataawa 89369 and 96295 clarifying some of these prohibitions.
If this is the case, a Muslim should avoid investing in this field and it is not permissible for him to undertake such an investment unless he is certain that it is free from these prohibitions.
However, you should know that Allaah abundantly offered provisions to His Slaves, and he facilitated many means of lawful earnings. And He will provide him from (sources) he never could imagine.}[Quran 65:2-3] Furthermore, Imaam Ahmad reported that the Prophet said: “You do not leave anything out of fear of Allaah, except that Allaah will compensate you with something better.”
