Reward of fasting the first ten days of Thul-Hijjah

Question:

Salamualaium Wa Rahmatullah One of my friend asking me that, Is it true if we fast the starting 10 days of zilhajja month we will get reward of Hajj Alhumdulillah? Please answer this as soon as before 1 zilhajja

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

 

We do not know any evidence from the Sunnah confirming that whoever fasts the first ten days of Thul-Hijjah gets the reward of Hajj.
