Fatwa:
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
Islam does not approve of anyone being able to change the Decree of Allah, and no one can change anything Allah Has Decreed. The Prophet said: "Know that if the whole world gathered together to benefit you, they could not do so except by that which Allah has destined for you; and if they gathered together to harm you, they could not do so except by that which Allah has destined for you. The pens have been raised and the sheets have dried” (Which means everything has already been predestined by Allah). [At-Tirmithi]
Therefore, if the whole world gathers to prevent what Allah Has Predestined to happen, they could not do so, and if the whole world gathers to make something happen which Allah Has not Predestined to happen, they could not do so as well. However, this does not mean that there is no effect of magic or that it does not harm people. Magic does affect and harm people, but this effect and harm cannot take place unless Allah Had already Predestined it. Allah Says about the magicians (what means): {But (they) do not harm anyone through it except by permission of Allah.}[Quran 2:102]. If a person is harmed and affected by magic, then this happened because Allah Had Predestined it for a reason which no one knows but He.
Finally, we ask Allah to remove from you the tricks of the magicians which affected you.
Allah Knows best.
